Before taking action
with Happy Wrappy

A wrap is an alternative to paint when you want an aesthetic change. It also provides protection against minor scratches. For more comprehensive body protection, there is a clear film called PPF, which shields against stone chips, scratches, and everyday wear.

The PPF film is self-healing, adds enhanced shine, and highlights your vehicle. It is also possible to choose colored PPF films, offering both long-lasting protection and an aesthetic transformation to personalize your vehicle.

I offer a range of high-quality wrapping and PPF films. These films are designed to be removed without damaging the original paint, provided the surface is in good condition.

The lifespan of a wrap depends on the quality of the film chosen and how it is used. Like paint, a wrap is affected by UV rays, minor scratches, and pollutants. However, the films I offer are of high quality and provide a lifespan of 2 to 10 years depending on your choices and needs. I also offer a ceramic protection that helps extend the life of your wrap.

Maintenance and washing of a wrap or PPF follow the same guidelines as paint. It is important to avoid automatic brush washes, which can cause micro-scratches and shorten the film’s lifespan.

Manual washing is recommended. If using high-pressure cleaning, keep a distance of at least 30 cm from the bodywork and avoid focusing on corners.

To protect and maintain your wrap or PPF, I also offer a ceramic coating, to be renewed every 12 to 18 months, which helps reduce external wear and extend the film’s lifespan.

A wrap is made from a thin film and is not designed to hide structural imperfections such as deep scratches or dents on the bodywork.

However, minor scratches will be imperceptible. A PPF, often used in clear form, does not conceal existing imperfections but protects the bodywork against future damage such as scratches and stone chip impacts.

A wrap and a PPF can be removed at any time without damaging the original paint.

Professional products make it easier to remove the film and avoid any residue.

The price of a wrap depends on the surface to cover, the type of film chosen, the size of the vehicle, and the desired details.

For a small car with a full wrap, prices typically range from €1,500 to €2,500. A partial wrap can be a more affordable option for a style change without covering the entire vehicle.
